Adds heading block to the 66/33 text with video block pattern

Steps to test:

  1. Edit a post
  2. Open the block inserter and click the patterns tab
  3. Find and insert the 66/33 text with video pattern
  4. The pattern should now include a heading block at the top of the pattern
