Fix output of Hero / Header on posts / pages #271

Experimental fix for Hero / Header output on templates

Steps to test:

  1. for each of the following: home page, who we are, what we do, donate, any news post
  2. view the item frontend
  3. the hero/header should render correctly
  4. edit the item and let the block transform occur (if it's still using the old header)
  5. save and reload the frontend
  6. the hero should render correctly
