Add featured image to locations taxonomy #398

Steps to test:

  1. disable the theme companion, if applicable
  2. edit a location term
  3. within a metabox, there should be a featured image field
  4. add a featured image
  5. re-enable the theme companion, if applicable
  6. view the term frontend
  7. the featured image should render
  8. checkout https://github.com/amnestywebsite/wp-plugin-theme-companion/pull/60
  9. edit the location term again
  10. the featured image field should not be duplicated
