Bug - Main Menu - Sub menus have stray border bottom #439

Describe the bug
There is a stray border bottom on sub-menus within the main menu. They disappear on hover.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Visit any page
  2. Hover over a parent menu item
  3. See that there is a stray border bottom on the sub menu
  4. Hover over a sub menu item
  5. See that the border disappears
