Bug - `core/buttons` - missing spacing between buttons and paragraps/embeds #444

Describe the bug
when the core/buttons block abuts certain other blocks (embeds, headings, images, etc), there is no vertical space between the blocks.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. visit https://www.amnesty.sk/suhlas/
  2. see that the buttons often sit too closely to other blocks

Expected behaviour
The buttons block should be spaced equally to other blocks
