最近几天YouTube视频读取&下载变得最多只有50K/s了(甚至更低),�
��着很不爽呃...不知道是什么原因

某大会以前，用http能正常打开Youtube主页以及播放视频，现在
只能加s即https能访问Youtube主页，但播放视频错误
