Capability API does not work with remote Datastore configuration #65

When enabling remote Datastore, the Capability API stub doesn't get set up 
correctly. This has to do with the order in which the API proxy stubs are 
getting initialized.

The defect occurs in TyphoonAE 0.1.5 and will be fixed soon.
