Internet connection is broken when waking up from sleep on Linux

Describe the bug If I'm connected to my server and put the laptop to sleep, then wake it up - both Amnezia app and wi-fi (or Ethernet) connections show up as working but I cannot access any website neither from browser nor from CLI (except local networks). Everything starts working as soon as I disconnect from my server in the Amnezia app.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect to the vpn server
2. Put devise to sleep/suspend
3. Wake it up
4. Internet connection is not working now

Expected behavior After waking from sleep the connection should work

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: CachyOS (Arch based)
• Version: 4.7.0.0

Server (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

Additional context I tried doing the same thing on:

• Windows 10 LTSC / 4.6.0.3
  • Works as intended
• Ubuntu 24.04 LTS / 4.6.0.3
  • Does not work
• Fedora 40 / 4.6.0.3
  • Does not work
• EndeavourOS / 4.6.0.3
  • Does not work

Also had some troubles installing 4.7.0.0 version for some reason, installed perfectly fine only on CachyOS.

Tried this on two machines, all bare metal:

• Asus laptop:
  • CachyOS
• PC:
  • Windows
  • Ubuntu
  • Fedora
  • EndeavourOS

+1 for this. On PopOs. Looks like amnesia client creating a tun type connection when starting ( nmcli connection show ) and this connection is up faster then ethernet (main) connection. (not a proffessional network guy, so i can be wrong)
