Windows 7. Uninstaller not working for 2.1.0 #112

I am trying to uninstall Amnezia VPN 2.1.0 (and to install an earlier version) but it does not work. I tried to run it as admin. The log contains the following lines:

Please check if it working in 2.1.2 Fixes were applied to installer
