[Android] Can't import config file on Android 9 #1238

When choosing connection settings file - nothing happens, configuration don't apply.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'File with connection settings'
  2. Choose file w/ configuration
  3. Nothing happens

Expected behavior When choosing connection settings file - connection appears

Additional context Not work in another app vesions, trys: 4.8.2.3, 4.8.1.0, 4.8.0.5 Works as charm in another phone - Honor 50 on Android 13, MagicOS 7.1

My friend is facing the same issue on Android 10. Also, I think logs should be accessible before vpn is setup so these issues can be diagnosed.
