Frequent disconnects 15 seconds after connecting. #1256

This happens on Windows and the bug causes disconnection on Windows client.

To Reproduce

  1. Install the app on windows
  2. Connect to VPN
  3. Disconnect
  4. Connect again
  5. The bug causes connection drop

Expected behavior Connection drop and after that VPN service must be killed manually to avoid the bug. As soon as you disconnect and connected again the bug comes back.
