Bug: The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located #268

The steps to reproduce the bug are as follows:

  1. Simply install Windows app
  2. Launch it

App will be crashed with error "The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll"

Environment: Windows 7 Enterprise/Ultimate AMD64

Probably needs DirectX 12. VPN-client really needs DirectX 12 - like shiny tomcat balls. If so, it should be specified in the system requirements, and check during installation.

Version 3.1.0.1 also has this bug.
