Can't connect to OpenVPN over Cloak after 2.1.2->3.0.8 update #291

Hi Dev Team. I can't connect to OpenVPN over Cloak after the update. Infinite connection animation. Without an actual error message. I can connect again after downgrading back to 2.1.2. Please fix.

OS: Windows 11 x64. Setup file: AmneziaVPN_3.0.8.1_x64.exe

@minzdrav @cmn13-86 You should remove all amnezia docker containers from server using old version of Amnezia VPN and install new containers with new version. Managed to do that using latest Android build 3.0.8.2 (I think new version support deleting old containers too, but not sure).

Hey @Trogvars Thank you for a workaround. My whole family is using my VPN server. So in this case, I should reconfigure every VPN client, right?

Guess so, cause all keys will be removed.
