Headless installation & CLI interface? #850

Describe the bug Amnezia client is currently a GUI-first application requiring manual graphical installation and configuring. Enabling and disabling VPN also requires to use GUI client.

Expected behavior

  1. Ability to perform a headless scripted installation.
  2. CLI client not requiring any graphical support.
