Amnesia background service break socket connections, affect torrent clients, games, etc.

Describe the bug I've tried to detect and solve this issue for a few days, but was unable to do anything meaningful. I disabled AmneziaVPN-service from auto-start to manual and I find out that on reboot everything is working as expected. When I start background service, my torrent client start to showing issues that socket connections cannot be established, all current connections are disconnected and it was unable to create new ones. Same with some games that use sockets to connect to their servers. And even if I try stop service it didn't solve issue until I reboot.

Do note, that this happens before I even connect to the VPN server, so it just breaks passively on startup.

To Reproduce There is no exact steps, it fails automatically as soon as service started

Expected behavior No errors

Additional context May not be related, but in the app I used AmnesiaWG and XRay - they working, tried regular Wireguard and OVPN, but they are blocked by ISP.

try to disable killswitch in settings->connection->killswitch

It was disabled from the start, so it something else.

Is there no other suggestions? Because I can't use application by itself, so I had to rely on 3rd party, but only AmneziaVPN support AmnesiaWG. v2rayN is what I'm currently using as other protocols not work well.
