Review of ElasticSearch indices #19

Using Kibana, affirm with @jrcwiok that the data in the ElasticSearch indexes is correct and complete.

ElasticSearch / Kibana may receive an upgrade. Need to check in with @jrcwiok about the Kibana heap size increase to see if that worked.

Successfully created visualization in Kibana, indices look okay, @jrcwiok and I can continue to monitor them as we start to scrape data regularly.
