I am wondering if your update will take long to appear in Vertnet. This is still tagged with Country: India in vertnet - as against Country: Iran

AMNH data in VertNet will not be updated until we next refresh it, and this may be some time as we need to resolve a few issues first. You can however search our live collection database here:

http://sci-web-001.amnh.org/db/emuwebamnh/index.php

Wherein you will see that this record has been updated to reflect the correct country of origin.

Thank you very much - this is very clear now.

I do not know github guidelines for closing this - i.e. whether vertnet need to await the next referesh or not - based on that you can take action to close this issue.
