The "Metadata" output referenced in #16 can be better re-implemented using the cassava library.

This has now been added in https://github.com/amnh/PCG/commit/a268d844fadd79d41fa395535360f35c9a606c75. This also now has the functionality that it outputs the source file of the character TCM.
