Update AutoBench to Megaparsec v7.0 #116

In order to use Autobench in our project, the library needs to use the newest major version of megaparsec. Authoring a pull request to update to the new library shouldn't be too much work.

This is a soft roadblock for #88.

I created a pull request for AutoBench so that we can hopefully use this in our test suites.
