Create a metadata Character Sequence with character summary.

What the character metadata sequence should look like:

• [x] Add the Traversal Loci for character block
• [x] Add the minimal binary display tree for each character block.
• [x] Move character metadata into blocks

To do this, Pre-post order signatures will require a Reader monad to bring into scope the metadata structure.
