Some commits:

fixed mail forward function
- making it actually work (fixing concurrency issue)
- compliance with recent versions of mailx
login_who misbehaves on recent GCC versions, so I replaced it with the regular who
fixing some compiler warnings
one changing what's on helpfiles/* to helpfiles/en/* and creating helpfiles/pt/... ;
the other defining a "language" (defaulting to "en") and making amnuts take that into account ...
some other fixes

OK, that took bloody forever for me to look at your pull request - didn't even realize you had updated it last year... Really sorry about that!
