Add interned strings usage, reformat sidebar to accommodate. #25

This adds statistics about the interned strings buffer, and reformats the sidebar to accommodate the extra information without resorting to very long names for the interned string values. Image of the adjusted sidebar attached. opcache-gui-pull-request

I've now merged it in with an additional update to the core status.jsx file.
