Migration to OH3 ? #3

Hello Dirk,

i now upgraded to OH3. And it seems like the lgESSInverter Binding is not working any more. Did you already upgrade? If yes, did it run at your system?

@BananaJoeTo As long this Binding is not running you can check an more stable Version here: https://github.com/gluap/pyess Get it online yesterday on OH3 with essmqqt and MQTT Broker, runs as a service, so completely independent from used system.
