Connect stubs in chain view #16

Yaroz has mentioned multiple times that the chain viewer doesn't connect stubs. Look into this and fix it.

This issue is with Morningthaw-Pew the Mottled. He is sworn to Mr Adventure and has vassals like Barbados. Mr Adventure and Barbados are being uploaded but Pew the Mottled, who lies in between these two characters, remains stubbed.

I'm not sure whether this is a problem with the Character after_save hooks or with the chain walking code.
