Parameter problems #2

Running into parameter problems even for this simple system.

For n0=0.2 the phase plot does not resemble that in Fig1a. at time=164
For n0=0.18 the phase plot is still stable!
Phase plots look worse when I explicitly try to set precision to 17 decimals using the decimal package in python

Hopefully the MATLAB code does better.

Instability is hard to define when the trajectories intersect themselves multiple times. This is observed for larger c values, but there is no hard transition to an 'unstable' limit cycle.
