Each user could potentially create a new thread or continue an existing thread based on context and relevance. The admins can ask users to migrate content to other existing threads or start new threads for new discussions.
The data from these threads will initially be manually migrated to the wiki, which will serve as the polished interface that people seeking resources can use. They can also raise issues directly to edit/add to the wiki.
