What threads do we want:

  1. Personal introductions
    • Names, interests (optional), link to online portfolio,
    • strengths/expertise available to the community (people can offer to help others on specific technical "things" eg. p-value computations)
  2. Community contributions
    • Model simulators online for didactic purposes
    • New relevant literature (math models, stat models, comp approaches, databases, tools)
    • Resources for education (modelers)
    • Resources for education (wet lab experimentalists)
  3. Community discussions - these are meta discussions on the directions that this resource will take

Each user could potentially create a new thread or continue an existing thread based on context and relevance. The admins can ask users to migrate content to other existing threads or start new threads for new discussions.

The data from these threads will initially be manually migrated to the wiki, which will serve as the polished interface that people seeking resources can use. They can also raise issues directly to edit/add to the wiki.

This puts the focus on issues and the wiki, so how do we use the files in /code?
