Give errors/warnings when -

  1. A Problem doesn't have a Component/Group (i.e. Model to be executed)
  2. A Problem doesn't have a DesignVariable
  3. An optimization Problem doesn't have an Objective
  4. A DOE Problem doesn't have a Recorded variable
