webkit GUI refresh issue #5

at least on windows, the interface doesn't refresh after user activity. it
does, however, show the changes after switching to another application and
back.
it doesn't bother me much since i'm only using it for feedback.

Although I am not a big fan of Microsoft OS's (so to speak), I'll try to test 
it on a
Virtual Machine, I'd like this package to work also for Win32.

Testing on a VirtualBox environment, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. I ran
"examples/wordreference.py" and redraw seems to work right.

i think i understand - i've ran the code using pythonwin, which is kind of GUI
interpreter; it's main loop probably got mingled with pyqt's

it runs well otherwise
