Nant Build Fails on OSX #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update to revision 184.
2. Run nant in the project dir
3. Build fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Fixed. This was down to two issues:

1. System.Configuration was not referenced for the ConsoleFizzler project
2. PlatformID.MacOSX is apparently not implemented in some Mono versions
