This has a Python file to download the https://cricketapi-icc.pulselive.com/fixtures JSON files, as well as an R script to read and filter the files. The R script could be used to retrieve a set of valid match IDs, as per https://github.com/amol-desai/BoundaryLine_public/issues/8
The fixture lists themselves have interesting data, including the outcome of the match.
