Games occasionally showing black screen only #7

Amnesa is not always starting properly when using primusrun: Every once in a while (usually only the first time I try after booting the machine), the entire screen is blacked out. After some time, I can hear the menu sound, but nothing is shown. I have to switch to a vtty and kill it from the outside. The primus output shows that all (or at least, really many) frames are "dropped to prevent deadlock". There's not a single line reporting display fps, but there are a bunch of render fps lines.

I've also seen TrackMania (in wine) showing the same behaviour once, but did not check the primus output then - and I never saw that before. I don't know if that was the same issue.

I just had exactly the same happening with neverball, so it's not just Amnesia. Again it worked on the second try. Adjusting title accordingly.

As I understand this is not an issue anymore after fixing #9.
