Duplicated the Hg10 in hub #67

I have now 3 Hg in my hub. I have tried several reboots and cannot get rid of it..

EDIT: please do NOT use account cleaner to solve this! If you do so, I cannot help you!

Does the 'account cleaner' app resolve the issue? I've seen some threads where the developer warns against using 'account cleaner' and some where he endorses it. I'm not trying to criticize, I just don't want to get even more hg10 entries in my hub than I already have.

Sorry, it was an old post. I will edit it to avoid confusion.

Yes, please, do NOT use 'Account Cleaner' at any time to solve this issue. 'Account Cleaner' was only meant for one single thing: removing the random notification 'update your account', and that is it. It is not the solution to any hub-related problem (even though the name may be a bit misleading). So please, don't use it for solving this multiple hub entry issues, if you do so, it just messes things up and I cannot do anything anymore.

Hi,

Thank you for the quick response, and potential solution. Please forgive my ignorance, but how do I apply the tool? I downloaded it to both my blackberry & PC, but neither is able to open it.
