Suggest: Add MHT format reading capabilities #101

It would be nice if iChm could read Microsoft's MHT format, too, which,
actually is not MS only, but has become a standard. MHT files are simply
grabs of complete web-pages, including prerequisites, saved as a multipart
MIME message and compacted.

IE and Firefox (with UnMHT or MAF extension) can read and produce these. It
would be nice, if one could use iChm as a reader for these on the Mac,
since IChm is pretty mature and nicley done and since it is quicker up than
Firefox.

I cannot open a few medical books with ichm because they have mht extensions 
for their iduvidual subsections

i agree, i have been looking all over for .MHT support.  Any plans to add this?
