http link not working

Platform:
Mac or iPhone/Touch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i go on to the ichm application and click manage
2. the http link shows up and i put it in the internet browser
3. it reports an error page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a page to add files is supposed to show up but it never does

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.3.5 on the itouch 4G and the internet browser is internet explorer and 
firefox

You can also use iTunes File Sharing to upload the file.

1. Connect your device to your computer and start iTunes.
2. Select your device in iTunes under Devices.
3. Select the Apps tab in iTunes.
4. You should see your applications, and at the bottom half of the screen,
you should see "File Sharing" with a list of application you have that
support file sharing. iChm should be listed.
5. Select iChm.
6. Click 'Add' and select the file you want to add.
7. The files will now be be copied to the iChm application.
