Rendering issue On Mac OS Lion #143

Platform:
Mac Book Pro

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any chm file
2. Scroll  to center or bottom
3. Scroll back to top.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You will see several lines on the screen, please see attachment.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS X 10.7.2. 
ichm version:1.4.3
