Pictures overlaping on other pictures and words after saving to pdf #148

Platform:
Mac or iPhone/Touch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Saving to pdf
2. Pdf file will open with pictures overlapping other pictures and text.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when the document is opened as chm, everything is organized as expected. after 
saving to pdf, pictures overlap with other pictures/text

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.41.2 on mac os 10.5.8
