next chapter button is overlapped with full screen button in full screen mode #70

Platform:
iPhone/Touch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a chm file 
2. set full screen mode
3. read all the chapter and should touch next button, but cannot press the 
button because full screen button is overlapped with it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
prev/next button is aligned to center of bottom line or somewhat else. And, 
prev/next button should be a bit larger and have more space between them. 
It is hard to touch the button I want with my thick fingertip.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
iChm 1.1.1
