text size does not affect all text #78

iPhone/Touch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. hit + or - to increase text size 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect all text size to increase or decrease. Instead, only some fonts do. 

I observe this in documents that mix body text with an other inline text style 
for code fragments.

can you attach the chm file here and tell me in which page what part of fonts 
cannot be changed?
