*: move credit/license embeddings to main package #15

Having two copies of LICENSE.md checked in was really irking me, so here we are.

I don't entirely love having exported symbols License and Credits, but, the alternatives are worse:

hiding them under a build tag would mean breaking go install, and,
putting them in another package would require checking LICENSE into the repo twice.
