Enroll command does not dynamically update Eduvalt #3

Describe the Bug

After using the enroll command to enroll a student, the success message is displayed but the GUI is not updated immediately. The GUI only updates when the corresponding student card is clicked. This behaviour differs from other commands which updates the GUI such as createtut and add

We have recognised the unresponsiveness of the UI after running certain commands such as enroll and have indicated it as 'planned enhancements' in the DG to allow dynamic update of the student information after running every command. Hence, the issue can be classified as "NotInScope".

Furthermore, there is a workaround (clicking the student card) for the unresponsiveness experienced as indicated in the UG under 'known issues'. This would still allow the GUI to be updated and the severity of this issue should be "low".
