User story

As a user
I want the panorama viewer to adapt to the size of the window
So that the size of the window can be changed at any point in time withou loosing functionality

Acceptance criteria

the controls stay at the same relative position after resizing
the panorama view is updated automatically after a resizing operation
the map stays at the same relative position after the resizing operation

Definition of done

Code has been peer reviewed
Documentation has been updated
Code has been included into the release (candidate)
No syntax / runtime errors
Code is well structured and formatted
