User story

As a PO
I want to have support for context menues
So that third party plugins can interact with our viewer.

Acceptance criteria

jQuery is used
class ViewerContextItem is implemented as described in the API
when the right mouse key is pressed, a context menu appears

Definition of done

Code has been peer reviewed
Documentation has been updated
Code has been included into the release (candidate)
No syntax / runtime errors
Code is well structured and formatted
