User story

As a user
I want to logout
So that I someone else can log in using the user's smart phone

Acceptance criteria

The my profile screen should have a "logout" button at the very bottom
Once the button is clicked the user will be logged out and needs to log in again to use the app
All information (current reservations, prior bookings, profile information, etc.) will be saved

The same for all features
