As a developer
I want to generate my data set and train my model in one step
So that I save time as I don't have to run both scripts manually.

Acceptance criteria

fresh trained NER model is available
Data set generation and model training are executed

Definition of done

Code was reviewed by another person
GitHub CI runs successfully
Feature is merged into main branch
