I need to decide which external API I want to use for a specific request
So that I get as many information as possible

Acceptance criteria

deterministic decision is implemented
the chosen API is used for requesting

Definition of done

Code was reviewed by another person
GitHub CI runs successfully
Feature is merged into main branch
