Recognize Charging Stations in user query #168

User story

As a NLP component developer
I want to recognize whether the user wants to have charging stations on their route
So that I can send this information to backend.

Acceptance criteria

"charging_stations" is an attribute in Query class (and either true or false)
it is detected whether charging stations are requested by the user or not and sent to the backend
Examples are added in chatette files
Test cases are added

Definition of done

Code was reviewed by another person
GitHub CI runs successfully
Feature is merged into main branch

[ ] @oliviadargel Ask client for default value if user does not mention charging stations
Option 1: add entity "charging stations" to NER model
Option 2: search for term (and synonyms) for charging stations in user query (regex-like)
