Recognize toll roads in user query #169

As a NLP component developer
I want to recognize whether the user wants to avoid toll roads on their route
So that I can send this information to backend.

Acceptance criteria

"toll_roads" is an attribute in Query class (and either true or false)
it is detected whether avoiding toll roads is requested by the user or not and sent to the backend
Examples are added in chatette files
Test cases are added

Definition of done

Code was reviewed by another person
GitHub CI runs successfully
Feature is merged into main branch
