As a backend developer
I want to use a logging library
So that I only have to change the log level, if I want to see more or less logs

Acceptance criteria

logging library replaces all other log calls
README explains where to change log level

Definition of done

Code was reviewed by another person
GitHub CI runs successfully
Feature is merged into main branch
