As a user
I want to download the results as KML file
So that I can view the results in another application

Acceptance criteria

Interface for providing KML files to Frontend is implemented
depending on implementation design: Infrastructure for saving KML files is implemented

Definition of done

Code was reviewed by another person
GitHub CI runs successfully
Feature is merged into main branch
