add JSONTOOL class that get the required issueJSON of calendar(required by calendar)

The JSONTOOL is working great. But the dates information we need to extract is changed. We need to use "Start of work" and "End of work" created as custom fields instead of "created" and "duedate".

We found an alternative way to achieve #118 and we will not consider this branch for now
